"הרבה אנשים פונים אלינו השבוע בשאלות מה עושים עם טיסות שבוטלו או במקרה שנתב"ג נסגר", שיתף אודי. "חשוב להבין שאפשר לבטל טיסה רק אם הטיסה מתבטלת. זה שהיעד אדום זה לא מעניין את המלון ביעד. משרד הבריאות הישראלי מגדיר את היעדים כאדומים ולא המלון בנקודת הקצה. אם הטיסה לא מתבטלת – הלקוחות בבעיה".
